[TYPO3-workspace] FYI24 #12192: Description of workspace module for "about modules" missing

Problem:
A rather minor issue, but still... The workspace module is missing a 
description to show in the "about modules" listing.

Solution:
The attached patch adds it.

Additional information:
If nobody objects this will be committed after 24hrs.
