[TYPO3-workspace] FYI24: #12076: Remove "help" tab

Problem:
The "Help" tab within the preview window has no content and having long 
help content pages is nothing we actually need besides the manual.

Solution:
The attached patch removes the tab.

Additional information:
If nobody objects this will be committed after 24hrs.
