[TYPO3-workspace] FYI #11926: Language file Resources/Private/Language/emails.xml can not be translated

Problem:
The file does not appear in the list of files in llmxltranslate. I just 
checked that on the translation server: The file is present in the file 
system, but not shown in the dropdown in llxmltranslate.

Solution:
Rename it so the llxmltranslate extension is able to find it.

The attached patch has been committed to trunk (rev 3666) // seems that 
the patch doesn't contain the "new" file but trust me it was also there ;).
