[TYPO3-workspace] FYI48 #13097: tx_version_tcemain->processCmdmap - &$commandIsProcessed is not set to TRUE

Problem:
The parameter in the function is called $commandIsProcessed, but 
$commandWasProcessed = TRUE is set.
This flag tells the process_cmdmap, that no other commands need to be 
evaluated, so while it does not harm, we should still fix this ;)

Solution:
Patch provided by Andreas Kiessling fixes it.

Additional information:

If nobody objects this will be committed after 48hrs.
