[TYPO3-workspace] FYI48 #13098:Hide sys_workspace_stage in list view

Problem:
The table should not be displayed in the list view. The entries only 
make sense, to be shown in the context of a workspace-record.

Solution:
Set hideTable to TRUE for sys_workspace_stage. Patch provided by Andreas 
Kiessling.

Additional information:

If nobody objects this will be committed after 48hrs.
