[TYPO3-workspace] FYI48 #13002: singleIndex page much have invalid workspace id

Problem:
If there's no session data for the active workspace there might be a 
error-message if the single-view is triggered.

To reproduce it open up the preview singleView right after the login 
without opening the workspace-module itself (as admin user). Then the 
error-message from the attached screen might show up.

Solution:
Attached patch checks if session-data is present and doesn't use it blindly.

Additional information:

If nobody objects this will be committed after 48hrs.
