[TYPO3-workspace] "LIVE workspace" tab functionality

Because our clients are complaining about the issues Gabe describes,
we're motivated to get them resolved. If we can identify the desired
behavior, CIC can devote some time to solving issues and submitting
patches to Git/Gerrit.
