[TYPO3-workspace] FYI48: #10831 - New preview window shows wrong behavior for new page in LIVE WS

Sorry for not testing earlier, I was away for a week.

Nice, but it doesn't work when previewing translations. The Live tab 
shows a "404" exception in this case. Attached is a modified version of 
the isNewPage() method. I think it's a bit rough around the edges, but 
it works (i.e. the "no live version" message appears also for a new 
translation).

A minor thing: I would change the message to something that sounds a bit 
less confusing. My suggestion:

"The previewed page has been created in a workspace and has no live 
counterpart."
