[TYPO3-workspace] FYI48: #10831 - New preview window shows wrong behavior for new page in LIVE WS

Problem:
In workspace preview the "Live-view" should show a "nice" info if the 
previewed page is a new page. At a TYPO3 "broken rootline" error is shown.

Solution:
The attached patch checks if the previewed pages and displays a 
info-flashMessage in these cases.


Additional information:
Yes, I'd like to cut my eyes out when looking at the way how the action 
links have to be generated - feel free propose a nicer way (see typo3 
mvc newsgroup).

If nobody objects this will be committed after 48hrs.
