[TYPO3-workspace] FYI: #10817 DAU WS-Module warning

Problem:
New users might start to use the workspace-module without migrating.

Solution:
Show a nice warning if that happens.

Additional information:
This adds a Viewhelper - this is only temporary and will be removed once 
Fluid offers one on his own.

As discussed on IM, the attached patch was committed to trunk (rev 2900).
