[TYPO3-workspace] FYI24: #10819 - viewOnClick causes error if frontendpreview is disabled

Problem:
If FrontEndPreview is disabled and this user is within a workspace the 
registered hook (see http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=13610) causes 
Exceptions during the Dependency Injection of Extbase.

Solution:
The attached patch avoids that the "initializeObjects" method is 
triggered if the preview-controller is instanciated within the befunc-hook.


Additional information:
This is how it already worked within the Git-Repository for some reason 
the meaning of the constructor parameter was switched.

If nobody objects this will be committed after 24hrs.
