[TYPO3-workspace] FYI: #11722: TempFlashMessageQueueViewHelper is not required anymore

Problem:
After #10821 was resolved we don't need our own FlashMessageQueue 
ViewHelper and switch to the official one.

Solution:
The attached patch replaces our implementation with the "official" code 
and removes the "temp" files.

Additional information:

The patch was committed to trunk (rev 3569).
