[TYPO3-workspace] FYI24 #11718: ExtJS confirmation window contents might be "cached"

Problem:
ExtJS confirmation window contents might be "cached". Reason why this 
happens is because the "Window" elements are not always closed properly 
and the windows itself don't refresh their contents if they're reopened.

Solution:
Attached patch always closes the "windows" before it tries to open new 
ones. (See bugreport for further explanation).

Additional information:

Reproduce with these steps:
    1. Setup two workspaces with different recipient lists
    2. Open workspace module in one workspace and check the recipients, 
close with "cancel"
    3. Switch to the second workspace with the tabs within the workspace 
module
    4. Check the recipients of the second workspace

To be honest I find this solution a bit odd myself because I'd expect 
that the windows would refresh their contents when you pass new contents 
to them but they don't and my ExtJS skills are not educated enough to 
fix, but I'll keep it on my list.

If nobody objects this will be committed after 24hrs.
