[TYPO3-workspace] FYI48 11657: singleView should not have depth and mass-action combos

Problem:
The singleView, which is used in the workspace preview "List tab", 
should not have depth and mass-action combo elements.

Solution:
The attached patch adds a new setting which avoids that the elements 
show up in the single view.

Additional information:

If nobody objects this will be committed after 48hrs.
