[TYPO3-workspace] FYI24: #11646: Workspaces module doesn't use new pagetree

As workspaces module register with extbase, it doesn't call checkMod 
where the pagetree component is written into module conf.

Therefore it needs the configuration at other place, but this turned out 
very easy. See attached patch

This is also dovumented on Wiki as it is needed for all extbase driven 
BE modules:
