[TYPO3-workspace] RFC 11633: Versioning module should not be available when workspaces is loaded

I see. I wonder however whether this versions lists should really be 
kept... Does it really make sense? Its look and feel clearly shows that 
it's one of those forgotten, little-used views. Of course, if we remove, 
someone is bound to complain ;-) Is there a way to hide anyway?
