[TYPO3-workspace] RFC 11141: switching with the tabs in the workspace module should also switch to the related workspace

Problem:
To avoid problems with actions being performed in the wrong workspace or 
rights which are bound to the wrong workspace we decided to switch to 
the current workspace whenever the tab in the module is switched.

Solution:
The attached patch triggers all the right functions to reload/update 
module menu, page tree and top bar.
