[TYPO3-workspace] FYI72 11568: Remove "Enable comparison view" switch

Problem:
Enabling/disabling the comparison view and the supposed behaviour within 
the LIVE workspace and within a actual workspace is quite confusing. 
Therefore we decided to remove this setting and show the comparison view 
every time you're in a workspace.

Solution:
The attached patch therefore removes the necessary switch from the 
dropdown and the check within the viewOnClick hook.

If nobody objects this will be committed after 72hrs.
