[TYPO3-workspace] Status of various features?

I tested again and I could now send to various stages. No idea why I 
couldn't before...

OK, I understand. Also because I've now found that there's actually a 
publish action in the action menu, although it's worded totally 
differently (I opened a bug report about that too).

It could make sense I guess. I'm digging quite a lot into workspaces 
recently, because we have a very large client for whom it's an 
absolutely central feature.
