[TYPO3-workspace] doc_v4_workspace - read through

Hi Matthias,

you asked someone to read through your former manual.

Some points i stumbled into:

It is german (only? didnt found an english version).


= 2.1. Allgemeines =

Workspace-selectbox is now on the top - description and screenshot
should be updated.

= 2.3. Eigene Workspaces, Benutzerrollen und Workflows =

Create a new workspace: icon is now on the top left

typos: Kaqpiteln, koknfiguriert, Worksapces,

Instead of "Formular Seiten" i would use "Formular Reiter"... but that
is cosmetic:)

I do not understand that sentence:
"Wichtig ist vor allem, dass im Bereich Workspace Permissions alle
Optionen deaktiviert werden, also keine Schreibrechte in den
verschiedenen Standardworkspaces gewährt wird."

i would like to have a note, that

Page- and Branch- versioning are obsolete and deprecated.
"It is recommended not to use “Page” or “Branch” versioning, but
“Element” versioning instead."

Other => Oder in "Die Freigabe der Inhalte obliegt dem Besitzer des
Worksapces, besonders, wenn auf der Einstellungsseite Other die Option
Only worksapce owner can publish gewählt wurde."

= 2.4. Praktische Umsetzung eines Workflow =

In 2.3 you use Groupname WS-BASIS for permissions, in 2.4 you use
WS-RIGHTS. Would be nice to have the same name at both places.


Many thanks for that tutorial - i never noticed it.
