Didn't know this extension. Had a quick look into it, but it "just"
replaces the hardcoded text with something loaded from language file:

$message = sprintf($LANG->getLL('notifystag_atTheTypo3Site','1');

That allows you to do the same as the UserTS, but as they removed the part
that cares about the UserTS, you can set the text only in the language
file. That means one text for all users. So I wouldn't recommend this ext.
