[TYPO3-typo3org] add a new filter option

Hi
it seems that there is not a clear way to list the extension available for a specific version of TYPO3 CMS.
I hope you can modify the filtering interface adding i.e.

filter for version
typo3 7.6+
typo3 7.1+
typo3 6.2+
typo3 6.1+

Infact looking for new extensions, when a site is upgraded, is a bit difficult.

Best way is to get a list, and manually check with the site involved if there is the availabily of new ext/plugin the proceed or not with the migration.
