Hi Andreas,

have you already registered on typo3.org?

Then you can log in to http://forge.typo3.org and there retrieve your
API key.

When you crawl our redmine installation, please be so kind and
throttle your crawler that the site will not get overloaded or your IP
blocked.

Will your plugin be open source or can you share your findings with
our community?
