[TYPO3-typo3org] Remove expansion from repository

If this are your extensions, you can upload a new version and set the state 
to obsolete. The extensions will then be automatically removed from the 
default overview.

In case you are aware of any security problems, please contact the security 
team via: security at typo3.org

If you simple need to remove the extensions, you can ask the extension 
coordination team to remove the extension. Please post details to the 
extension coordination mailing list:
