[TYPO3-typo3org] Problem uploading new version of Arcavias extension

Hi all

I have tried to upload a new version of our Arcavias TYPO3 extension but it failed several times with this error message:

An error occurred while trying to call Tx_TerFe2_Controller_ExtensionController->createVersionAction(). 

Is this a general problem or did I something wrong?
