Thanks for reminding that. We now have a new server for the demo sites and the problem was fixed alongside
http://cms62.demo.typo3.org/content-examples/image-effects.html

FYI, there also is a demo of CMS 7.0 but only for the BE for the time being. The Introduction distribution must be adjusted and is not yet compatible. http://cms70.demo.typo3.org/typo3/ (admin / password).
