[TYPO3-typo3org] Maintenance downtime of typo3.org's mail server

Hi, all,

I’m done updating all the base packages that are related to mail routing and
spam filtering. The server is operational again. In the next couple of days
I will investigate how to improve the accuracy when tagging spam mails.

What prevented that last step was the fact that SpamAssassin and ClamAV
on that system were so outdated, an update was definitely needed first.
Fine tuning should be possible without further downtime.

Probably an update of the Axigen software will follow, too. Again this should
not take more than a couple of minutes.
