[TYPO3-typo3org] Extension keys being mixed up

I reported this recently in typo3.dev, I get identical pages for some
TER extension pages:

- http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/downloads
- http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/visitorlist

_Currently_ these two both show the Downloads extension. It switches
back and forth though. Sometimes they're both Visitor List.
