[TYPO3-typo3org] TYPO3 AMQP Extension available for integration

Hi all,

thanks to cyberhouse (http://www.cyberhouse.at) we now have an AMQP
extension for TYPO3 available: https://github.com/cyberhouse/amqp

AMQP (Advanced Message Queuing Protocol) is used to connect to RabbitMQ
Message Queue, which we have running in the TYPO3.org infrastructure.

With this piece of code available, we can now continue the efforts of a
better synchronization between the typo3.org web site and all the
connected services (from documentation rendering to replications to
github etc.).

It would be great, if this extension can now be integrated into the
various parts of typo3.org, with the TER upload being my favorite candidate.

Who wants to work on that job? I would then go ahead and give you
credentials (or very likely even update the vagrant box [1] to get a
RabbitMQ running with the t3o box).

infrastructure!
