[TYPO3-typo3org] Selecting myself as a reviewer

I can't add myself as a reviewer in gerrit right now.

There are two entries for "Jacob Floyd <cognifloyd at gmail.com>", which is probably a symptom of having my username changed on t3o.

It doesn't matter which entry I select, I get this error:

> Server Unavailable
> 422 Jacob Floyd <cognifloyd at gmail.com> does not identify a registered user or group

422 means[1] there is an "Unprocessable Entity".

Why am I listed twice? Is the duplicate entry causing the confusion? What needs to be done to clear this up?
