[TYPO3-typo3org] TER-Upload: Access denied

My request on typo3-dev got no response. so I try it anew here:

After a long time I changed one of my extensions and wanted to upload it
to TER, but I only got errors.

in New EM as in old EM:
| invalid
| Access denied.

my account is valid as I can login on typo3.org and also can manage my 
extensionkeys.

I use TYPO3 4.5.14 at mittwald


| TYPO3 .... inspiring people to share!

sharing does not work if access to TER is denied :(
