[TYPO3-typo3org] no manual downloads from http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/...

I just noticed that no downloads are available for extension manuals. as 
there is no list of extension-files any more
and just a few extensions are available as zip
and a lot of manuals are rendered not correct for online-reading
I have not much possibilities to inform about extensions which I might 
want to use.
