[TYPO3-typo3org] TER frontend at new typo3.org

Hello,

First of all: Good job!

I do have two beefs with the new TER frontend, though:

- List view: This should definitely show the last upload comment. It 
makes it much easier to decide whether you actually want that version or 
not.

- Version history: It is not clear that "Expand" belongs to the version 
history. Could you please either make this read "Expand history" or move 
the link between the heading and the table?
