[TYPO3-typo3org] TER Extensions missing again

Hi Kay,

the whole issue is really hard to debug, since it needs to be debugged
on a live system. For such purposes, Git would be very useful, however
it's missing on typo3.org.
I have already asked the Punkt.de sysadmins twice for installing Git
on that system, however to date it's still missing... Will ask once
again now.
