[TYPO3-typo3org] Wiki: CSS adjustments

Hi Daniel,

could you please make two adjustments?

* Lower the font size and padding of <shell> blocks. They're huge and 
frequently used wit our Git tutorials.
* Modify the a:visited link color. IMHO the difference to normal text is 
too low.
