[TYPO3-typo3org] typo3.org using 4.2

Hi Stefano,

as far as i know there is somebody working on a relaunch of typo3.org.
Hopefully this will be soon. In the meanwhile i think that's ok, as far
as every security related problem will be backported to 4.2 for typo3.org.

PS: I remember that the relaunch was discussed in the english mailiglist.
