[TYPO3-typo3org] Using Forge for private Extensions?

Hey *,

on forge.typo3.org there's the possibility to hide project from the public which I use at the moment 
for an extension that is intented to be released soon.

Now I start another extension for a customer which will *not* be released publicly. Am I allowed to 
use forge.typo3.org for SVN Hosting and Issue tracking? Are there any rules?
