[TYPO3-typo3org] Can't update profile image

I know the relauch is coming and there are enough known bugs with the 
current typo3.org. However I want to add a bug report:

I can neither update my profile image nor use the "Restore default 
image!" function.

In both cases there are no error meeages, I just come back to the 
"Upload Photo" form with the old photo still present.

It's not urgent, but if someond could have a look I'd be pleased.
