[TYPO3-typo3org] wiki.typo3.org "No input file specified" - server overload

Hello Steffan,

the server is restarted now, so this change might help for tomorrow evening and the next days.

In the next time we get a bigger server, so the problem will be solved. Also the bugtracker then will have more power.
