[TYPO3-typo3org] How to get a project newsgroup?

Hi Stanislas,

you can send a mail to admin at typo3.org for such requests. The mails
will end up in my inbox though, so I'm the one in charge for this...
Drop me a mail and we'll see how to go ahead.

One problem though: There can't be underscores in list names. Is it ok
if I name it "sr-feuser-register?
