If you like you can use the mantis-feature to review an attached patch.
It should also be displayed by the bug-tag.

The speed of saving a wiki-page what contains many bug-tags can be
optimized much, if it bothers you. In the moment it has many
preg_replace and str_replace. I would change this if it's needed.

Who can create a sub-page on https://typo3.org/community/your-account/
so I can use SSO for the wiki-logins?
