[TYPO3-typo3org] TER issues

Hi,

Marcus and i are going for some bug fixing session on TER and TER-FE. We 
need your bug reports, please help us!

Please remind that we are not working with Mantis BT (bugs.typo3.org) 
but with forge.

TER:

To help which is what:

All SOAP Errors belong to TER, all display issues / missing flags etc 
belong to TER-FE (nearly all you deal with)
