i needed to check the changelog for TYPO3 4.2.x

typo3.org just shows the latest "public"
http://typo3.org/download/release-notes/typo3-43/

what developers need is this:
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Category:ReleaseNotes

what do you think about adding a subpage "Changelogs" (  
http://typo3.org/download/release-notes/changelogs" pointing to the wiki  
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Category:ReleaseNotes ?
