[TYPO3-typo3org] Signed SSL-certificate

We could also use startssl [1]. It's free, and still its root
certificate is included in the major browsers. The only drawback is that
the certificate needs to be renewed each year.

CAcert also is free, but its root certificate currently isn't included
by default in the major browsers.
