[TYPO3-typo3org] Mantis -> Redmine

Hi,

we discussed that several time. I think we stay for core with mantis. 
There are some options that are really nice and not available in redmine.

All projects and extensions should move to mantis, would be cool if 
extension authors having project in mantis could tell when the project 
can be removed on mantis.
IIRC Ingo Renner is maintaining mantis, so he is the one to ask/report.
