Hello,

both wiki.typo3.org and bugs.typo3.org down are reachable via ping

but don't send any data

Verbindungsaufbau zu wiki.typo3.org|78.47.85.212|:80... verbunden.
HTTP Anforderung gesendet, warte auf Antwort... Lesefehler (Connection
reset by peer) beim Vorspann (header).
Erneuter Versuch.
