Hi,

at least i got it. I removed manual links, now all documentation links 
arevisible.

Please report if something is missing.

Remark: TsRef was in Core Documentation before, now it's there and in 
References too, as many links point to core docs.

I had to rewrite some code in ter_doc, the problem was the category 
assignment.
