[TYPO3-typo3org] TER suggestion: Copmmenting system on extensions

I know that typo3. org update in progress, so here's a suggestion.

Would it be possible to add some kind of commenting system on TER?
So it was possible to comment on each extension.

At the moment there's a LOT of older extensions in TER that doesn't work 
with the latest TYPO3, and a commenting system would make it much easier to 
spot which ones to avoid if people commented on ther experince on installing 
the ext. Also if the ext just need a small fix, that could be put in the 
comments too. (In case the author is "gone").

Comments could then be reset once a new version of the ext was uploaded.
