[TYPO3-typo3org] How to get a newsgroup for a forge project?

Hello TYPO3.org Team,

what i have to do to get a newsgroup for a forge projekt.

Me and other developers of extensions around piwik extensions for TYPO3 
(an opensource alternative to google analytics). We are searching a way 
to communicate effectivly.

The consens was to get a newsgroup on lists.typo3.org.
There was no feedback - except Steffen Geberts "wow i've to try".

So what do we have to do?
