Yes, I was wondering about that too.

Especially I'm wondering if this would be such a good idea. There are a 
lot of still open threads in the 4.3 list, lots of ideas that were 
floated, but not implemented. I fear that if we now have a new list for 
4.4, the 4.3 list will just gather dust.

Furthermore we are going to experience a radically different release 
cycle, as announced recently. So the lists are going to be multiplied.

My proposal is that the 4.3 list becomes the "4.x trunk" list and should 
be used by all versions of TYPO3 4.x.
